Silvia Colloca is a TV host, cook, recipe author and magazine contributor, and loves sharing her Italian heritage and homestyle recipes. We created a series of videos filmed in her actual home kitchen for people to learn and enjoy the simplicity of authentic Italian homestyle cooking.
